We were truly impressed with the team of individuals that worked so hard to meet extremely tight deadline without compromising the quality of the house. The workmanship of our new home is outstanding. Piedmont was able to keep a challenging schedule for our closing without compromising quality. Scott Carlson was excellent to work with. He always returned our calls in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. Our first utility bill was a huge surprise. During the very hot month of July, with many hundred degree days, our bill was less than our previous much smaller home.
Piedmont has come back very reliably to adjust or repair any items that needed further attention. Thank you so much for everything. You have our highest recommendations for any future clients.

We have been living our new Piedmont home for over 6 months, and we continue to be very happy with the finished product. I wanted to take a moment to let you know, that my husband and I firmly believe that building our first home was a success because of Brandon Flasco. I am positive that he went above and beyond his job description to make sure that we, the customer, were satisfied. About 6 weeks into building we asked Brandon how many other homes he was supervising and we were shocked at the number he gave. I remember thinking that we must be one of three, at most, because he was so attentitive. I don't remember the exact number, but I think it was around 10 homes. After we learned this, we were even more impressed with Brandon. He always made us feel like we were the most important client he had, that our concerns were valid, that our questions were relevant, and that he had all the time in the world to walk us through every step of the building process.
We truly do love our home. We had some frustrations along the way (no fault of Brandon's), but it is solely because of Brandon that building our first home was a positive experience. As people walk through our home for the first time they are impressed with how well it is built. There is nothing "over-the-top" about our home, but people are always impressed. There seems to be an awareness and appreciation for a well built home and the understated sophistication that brings. I always let people know how happy we were with Piedmont's work, but also let them know that it was a success particularly because of Brandon Flasco.
